On a Vaughn 4/5. The first block is a double drafting block. Top block is 21 inch diameter bottom block is 32" dia. How do I figure the reductions per block as well as the correct die sizes?

Hello,
I actually found a patent titled " Wire Drawing Machine and Process of Threading the Same" which was assigned to the Vaughn Machinery Company in 1931 by the inventor, Edwin C. McIlvried. This patent specifically relates to the Vaughn double deck drawing machine and it shows cross sectional drawings.

Thought you might like to review it.
