Am interested in finding:

(a) a lab that has capability to perform flex life testing upon Copper conductor wires, per ASTM B 470;

and

(b) a suitable manufacturer of such equipment.

ASTM B470-02 is the Standard Specification for Bonded Copper Conductors for Use in Hookup Wires for Electronic Equipment. It covers stranded uninsulated bare, tin, or tin-lead alloy coated copper conductors in which wires in the strand are metallically bonded together by the application of heat or additional tin, or tin-lead alloy for use in hookup wire for electronic equipment.

The specification covers a pretty wide range of conductor sizes so perhaps Hobbes could tighten up his requirement by defining the conductor size range he is interested in.
