A quick check of "Google" using the following three words as the search criteria, mica tape cable produced 210,000 results.
Here are some of them:
www.boruncable.com/ Borun Cable Material Co., Ltd., China
www.pamica.com.cn/ Pamica Electric Material(Hubei) Co Ltd, China
www.jinggong-tapes.com/ Shenyang Jinggong Cable Material Co Ltd, China
www.supcocanada.com/ Supco Canada is a distributor of mica tape for the wire and cable industry.
I am sure there are many, many other supliers and manufacturers you can find if you use "Google" and search properly.
