Re 6 mm tinned copper wire:
Go to the WAI Virtual Trade Show at www.wirenet.org/vts/vts_search.cfm Select "copper wire -- tinned plated", submit the query and see if anyone will supply you with tinned wire up to this large dimension keeping in mind that continuously cast copper rod commonly has a diameter of 5/16 inches or 7.938 mm.
Re Nitrile rubber suppliers:
We provided you with the information on the following thread but you will have to do some work yourself. Go to: www.wirenet.org/forum/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=14&Topic=340
